Booking & Payment: Guests must confirm bookings in advance. Payment is to be made at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and respect the property and fellow residents. Damages caused will be chargeable.

Prohibited Activities: Illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Refunds are subject to management discretion.

Management Rights: Emerald Dormitory & Homestay reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or evict guests violating rules
